I’m @zimardrp — an onchain surfer, skater, artist, and community builder. Since 2012, I’ve worked with surf brands and culture, first as an athlete at Airdrop Culture and later as part of the team. I surf handmade, asymmetrical boards that reflect the decentralized nature of blockchain. I’m from Espírito Santo, Brazil, with seasons in Chile, Portugal, Australia, and across the Americas. I’ve worked across surf culture, fashion, sustainability, and technology, creating products, award‑winning films, surf clips, and community around skateboarding and action sports. My artistic process blends analog photography, cyanotype printing, slow fashion design, and plastic upcycling.

In web3, I started writing sports/sustainability articles in the Hive ecosystem (Surf Hive, Black and White, Skatehive). This led me to become one of the viral faces of That’s Gnarly and a Gnars athlete—crafting Gnarsym surfboards, kits for shredders, and bridging onchain and IRL creations that embody the Nounish spirit. I now collaborate with the Gnars brand and comms team, working with shredders, partners, and builders. I’m co‑founder of Nogglesboard.wtf, a Nouns DAO derivative making Nounish surfboards with athletes and artists worldwide, plus creative development in skateboarding (special videos, artistic decks, products, upcycling). I stay gnarly in and out of the water.
I’m active in the Gnarly/Nounish ecosystem, supporting the DAO as a community builder, fostering onchain skate & surf culture, and building bridges with Web2 and the global sports network.

Hunt unusual waves while keeping alive the surf spirit from 80s influences who took me to the Peruvian desert lineup in 2010—blending DIY culture, art, film, creative products, and media projects inspired by the Nounish ethos, staying gnarly in and out of the water.
As an influential athlete in Brazil’s alternative surf scene, I’ll carry and represent the Gnars identity wherever I go—whether in a deep barrel, a perfect mellow wave, or through online and onchain presence.

I commit to maintaining consistency in my development as a Gnars athlete, delivering at least one high-quality creation per week that truly reflects the essence of being part of the Gnars movement. I’ll actively support our Farcaster channel, Instagram, and X (Twitter) through regular interactions and posts to keep the Gnars image strong and vibrant. My work will include short-form media, onchain creations using smart contracts, and award-winning films that elevate our ecosystem’s presence, such as my recent athlete proposal film “De Olinda 36” and other collaborative projects with Surf partners and Gnars DAO. My goal is to keep the Gnars engine running with harmony and power, combining creativity, authenticity, and community energy.
Even though Gnars Shredders Applications on Flows is primarily a streaming platform for supporting athletes and producing visual content, I also commit to providing multiple forms of support to the DAO and to the shredders who are on this journey as well.

Keep it Gnarly and Nounish \m/ LFG
