I am an artist experienced in working with various mediums including plaster, concrete, silicone, metal, wood, and plastic. I use a 3D printer to create Nounish physical products on a daily basis, including custom Nouns Golf Putters and other Nouns-themed items.

Product Description

I plan to create limited edition Nouns-themed Garden Gnomes made from concrete. These gnomes will be front yard decorations that mirror the distinctive pixelated aesthetic of Nouns. Each gnome will be 8.5 inches tall and feature the iconic Nouns style.

The gnomes are inspired by the recently passed Nouns proposal related to gnomes, making this a timely and relevant project for the community.

Community Impact

These Nouns Gnomes will help proliferate the Nouns brand into physical spaces and everyday environments. By creating garden decorations that community members can display in their yards, I'm helping to bring Nouns into the real world and increase visibility beyond digital spaces.

The gnomes will serve as conversation starters about Nouns for neighbors and visitors, potentially bringing new people into the community. I'll be documenting the entire creation process on Warpcast, which will engage the community and showcase the craftsmanship involved.

Product Showcase

The images show my 3D printed prototypes that will be used to create molds for the concrete gnomes. The pixelated design perfectly captures the Nouns aesthetic while functioning as a durable outdoor decoration.

Production Details

Materials: Concrete with eco-friendly components

Production Process: I am currently in the process of 3D printing the mold, which takes 34 hours to complete. Once finished, I will mix the concrete, pour it into the mold, and allow it to cure for 3 days. After the prototype is complete, I'll evaluate it and either begin production or make necessary modifications to perfect the design.

Sustainability Approach: I will incorporate eco-friendly practices in the concrete production process, using sustainable materials where possible.

Fulfillment Plan

I will produce a limited run of 25 gnomes initially, with the potential to expand to 40 if demand is high. Five gnomes will be given away to nounish community members to help generate interest and visibility.

The remaining gnomes will be available for purchase at $50 each. Community members can express interest by DMing me on Warpcast. I will handle all shipping and fulfillment personally.
