For Curators

  • Do not accept new applications if doing so will put the baseline minimum salary of recipients below $50 a month
  • Note: It is fine if the baseline salary falls below $50 as a result of new budgets or Nouns voting, but in that case, no new applications should be accepted
  • Consider removing underperforming participants if waiting applicants demonstrate greater alignment with Nounish values and community impact
  • Value quality of engagement over follower counts
  • Monitor for genuine embodiment of Nounish values and authentic engagement / impact within the community
  • Ensure participants are following safety guidelines and legal requirements

Remember: We're looking for athletes who actively create positive impact while having fun doing what they love. If you consistently contribute to your community while pursuing your sport, this program offers steady funding to support your efforts.
