My Role in Gardens v1
I led growth, marketing, and operations for the Gardens v1 team, which included sourcing key partnerships, managing our brand's social media presence and announcements, and helping with hours tracking, payments, and team activity management.
During Gardens v2 alpha and pre-beta phases, my role expanded significantly to include project management, product development, fundraising, and recruitment activities.
I interfaced directly with our power user communities including BrightID, Token Engineering Commons, and Giveth. I was particularly active in the 1Hive community that incubated Gardens, building strong relationships within the ecosystem.
Our social media presence is maintained through our Twitter/X account, where I managed brand communications and announcements.
Fundraising Success
I helped raise over $100k for the development and growth of Gardens v2 through various funding sources including:
- Gitcoin grants
- Giveth funding proposals
- 1Hive funding proposals
- Arbitrum Firestarters Grant
- Safe Guardians funding
- Allo on Arbitrum Hackathon

2025 Growth Strategy & Goals
I'm focused on expanding our growth campaigns to reach ambitious targets by end of 2025:
- 300 communities using Gardens
- 10k users on the platform
- $1M TVL (Total Value Locked)
- $200k TVF (Total Value Flowed)
Strategic Approach
My strategy involves two key focus areas:
Ecosystem Partnerships: Working with major partner ecosystems on growth campaigns including Gitcoin, Safe, Gnosis, Celo, and Arbitrum to leverage their communities and resources.
Target Market Focus: Engaging with communities that align with Gardens' market fit, specifically:
- Node & chapter-based organizations
- Pop-up cities and network states
- Open source software communities
I plan to work directly with these communities to understand and address their specific needs and pain points effectively.
