I am Delei de Souza, owner of Bless Skateshop and Barbershop in São Paulo. Our business has evolved beyond retail to become a hub for community service and social impact in our neighborhood.

Current Community Service Activities

Social Haircuts Program

We provide free haircuts to low-income individuals and those in social vulnerability in our neighborhood. Currently, we:

• Offer this service once per week
• Have completed approximately 80 social haircuts
• Help people feel more confident and presentable

Public Space Maintenance

We maintain a public plaza near our shop, which includes:

• Regular cleaning and trash collection
• Maintenance of skateboarding obstacles every 6 months
• Installation and maintenance of Nouns-branded trash bins
• Creating a safe space for the community to gather and skate

Implementation Plan

Our regular activities include:

• Weekly social haircuts at our barbershop
• Daily plaza maintenance and cleaning
• Bi-annual skate obstacle maintenance
• Community engagement through skating activities

Future Expansion Plans

We aim to:

1. Increase the number of social haircuts, especially during the holiday season
2. Launch a social skateboarding school for local children
3. Organize community events combining skateboarding and music
4. Continue improving the plaza's facilities
