About me
I'm Adriele Carvalho, known as Adriele Madana, an autistic Brazilian chef of peripheral origin with matrilineal Indigenous roots.
For 16 years, I have worked in the field of affective and sustainable gastronomy, operating at the intersection of proper nutrition, social, racial, and environmental justice.
I present to you Memórias da terra (Soil memories), a project that seeks to unite personal stories, food science, memory reclamation, and positive impact through real food.
