About Me
Artistic Background
- Primary mediums I work in: Multiple media (from traditional drawing and stenciling to t-shirt prints, murals, and non-generative NFTs)
- My artistic style: I use various media to depict thoughtful non-human animals as messengers of allegories, metaphors, parables, common sayings, observations, insights, and paradoxes about our species. Inspired by Banksy's oeuvre, I create artwork that directs attention, funding, and action to empower "stakeholders" whose voices are heard and comprehended the least: the thousands of species that roam the lands that our (un)kind exploits.
My work is based on my investigations of the nature of reality and the realities of human nature through my Bachelor of Arts degree in Philosophy (Marist University, 2014), Master of Science degree in Environmental Justice (University of Michigan, 2016), and community engagement facilitation for sustainability projects in California (Circlepoint, 2018-22).
Here are examples of my previous artwork that demonstrate my style and quality:

Nounish Vision
- How I plan to incorporate Nouns/Noggles: I'd like to create a nounish style of the Wild Word Web endangered species, which will include noggles and other elements suggested by the community, such as subject pixelation, a skateboard, and accessories.
- Why my style fits the Nouns community: Collaborating with nouners to develop this style and bringing them in contact with my existing NFTs will help spread the word about endangered species conservation and further increase the positive impacts of Nouns in real life.
Originality Statement
- My creative process is completely original and human-made
- I do not use AI tools in any part of my process
- My process for ensuring authenticity: The original four styles of the Wild Word Web collection were sketched by me in pencil using Leontopithecus chrysopygus photos as references. The styles are called Alert (with animals depicted in my style and holding a QR code to the NFT collection), Ontem… (which means "yesterday", as an homage to ancient beings and wisdom), Hoje! (meaning "today", with realistic subjects protesting the human inability to see and value them), and Amanhã? (which translates to "tomorrow" and warns people about the consequences of not acting against the oppressive systems of our time).
Once I defined each style, I digitized each one, line-by-line, using vector brushes on Affinity Designer 2 to develop the collection templates, which are exported as high definition PNGs. Then, I add each image to a promotional video template I created on CapCut to share on my social media channels. Each new species is developed upon the templates and fine tuned based on reference photos. I select each species from the IUCN Red List of Endangered Species based on different extinction categories in order to highlight those in most need of support. I create a species dossier to educate viewers about each one, which I add to each NFT's description, my website, my Discord server, and my Instagram profile.
Content Creation Plan
- Planned creation frequency: Five to six posts per week across multiple platforms, with new NFT drops four times a week
- Content ideas: I post about the Wild Word Web collection on a range of channels (Instagram, Rodeo, Warpcast, Discord, my website, Bluesky, Twitter, and YouTube). The posts feature images and videos of new NFT drops, along with information about each species and related conservation measures, and community reminders about the physical products I give away as benefits to consumers and the percentage of proceeds that are donated to conservation efforts as a result of each purchase.
- Potential collaboration ideas: I'm engaging a community of peripheral NFT artists in Brazil to find new local opportunities to elevate their work in the international crypto art world and find effective channels for artwork distribution. The Nouns community can be an excellent ally to potentiate this initiative for animals that are threatened with extinction in our lifetimes.
