I am Felipe Flip, Brazilian, son of a Nigerian father, skateboarder, musician, rapper, composer, and streamer. I experience street culture from the outskirts of São Paulo, Brazil. I work as a cultural agitator, I'm part of the Ademafia skate collective from Rio de Janeiro, and I'm co-founder of Blackchain, a Nouns Storytelling program.
My mission is to connect street culture, skateboarding, and music with the web3 and Nouns ecosystem. As a skateboarder, I embody Nounish values in several ways:
Inclusion and accessibility: Through skateboarding, I create bridges between different communities, especially bringing peripheral culture into the web3 universe.
Education and mentorship: I share technical skateboarding knowledge and also introduce web3 concepts to people who would normally not have access.
Public space care: I participate in and promote initiatives to improve skate parks and public spaces.
Documentation and inspiration: I document my journey to inspire others, especially young people from peripheral communities.
Positive impact: I use my platform to create positive externalities, connecting street culture with new technologies.

Impact Vision
My plan is to create positive impact through:
Community skate sessions: I will organize at least 2 monthly sessions, documented and shared, where I will teach skateboarding techniques and talk about Nounish values.
Cultural integration: I will connect skateboarding culture with web3, creating bridges between different communities and bringing new users to the ecosystem.
Space maintenance: I will participate in initiatives to improve skate parks and public spaces, especially in peripheral areas.
Mentoring beginners: I will dedicate time to teaching beginners, especially young people from underprivileged communities, creating accessible entry points.
Hybrid events: I will organize events that combine skateboarding, music, and education about web3, broadcast live to expand reach.
Documentation Plan
I will document my journey through:
Regular updates on Farcaster: I will post at least twice a month in the /nouns and /flows channels, showing my skateboarding activities and community impact.
Video content: I will produce short videos for Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube showing:
- Skateboarding sessions with technical commentary
- Teaching and mentoring moments
- Improvements to public spaces
- Integration of skateboarding culture with Nounish values
Collaborations: I will document collaborations with other Nounish athletes and web3 community members.
Impact metrics: I will share stories and numbers about the positive impact generated, such as number of people reached, improvements to public spaces, and new skateboarders introduced to the sport.
This proposal aims not only to promote skateboarding as a sport but also to create bridges between different communities, bringing new users to the ecosystem and demonstrating the positive impact that web3 projects can have on local communities and urban culture.
