I'm Leo Bunster (@leobunster.eth), a community builder and creator in the Nouns ecosystem since May 2022. I'm currently growing the @baselatam community and have experience executing proposals across multiple DAOs including Lil Nouns, Nouns Amigos, Vrbs DAO, Purple DAO, and Grounds.

Project Overview

Plaza Vrbish is a media platform dedicated to showcasing and communicating Vrbs initiatives through bi-weekly threads, Spaces (Xpaces), and monthly art mints. The project features "La Cápsula de Vrbos" - a special section that brings past auctioned Vrbs to the present to discuss their history, the artist who created them, and their significance.

This will be a rebranding of my existing @PlazaNouns platform, which I will pivot to focus specifically on Vrbs content and community building.

How This Onboards People to Crypto

Plaza Vrbish will introduce people to crypto through:

• Web2 Marketing: Campaigns on traditional social media and events outside the crypto ecosystem
• Non-crypto Artists: Artists and designers can be outside the crypto world, creating a natural bridge
• POAPs as Onboarding Tool: I've successfully used POAPs to onboard creators outside crypto in previous proposals with Lil Nouns and Base LATAM Radio
• Accessible Content: Threads and Spaces that explain Vrbs in an understandable way for new audiences

Community Impact

The project will uplift the community by:

• Auction Attention: Increasing participation in daily Vrbs auctions to grow the treasury
• Artist Support: Creating opportunities for creatives, artists, and designers to build their designs and participate in the art race
• LATAM Connection: Strengthening Vrbs presence in Latin America, a region where I've successfully activated communities
• Storytelling: Creating narrative (lore) around Vrbs similar to what was achieved with Nounticias del Nouniverso

Path to Break-Even

Primary Revenue Model: Sponsorships for Spaces and content

Self-Sustainability Strategy: Monthly POAPs will direct 100% of their revenue to the Vrbs treasury. If these raise enough funds, it will be a way to achieve self-sustaining balance by directly interacting with the Vrbs treasury.

6-Month Goals:

• 50 POAPs minted monthly
• Two bi-weekly threads featuring 10+ projects (majority Vrbs)
• Include new artists in the art race
• Increase attention economy in daily Vrbs auctions

Team

I will work solo on this project, leveraging my experience:

• 80+ Threads and Spaces about Nounticias del Nouniverso, some specifically about Vrbs
• Base LATAM Radio: Weekly Spaces series with Latin American builders (21 episodes without stopping since early 2025)
• Community Management: Experience on Farcaster, Telegram, and Discord for Lil Amigos, Purple DAO LATAM, and Base LATAM
• Proposal Execution: Track record with Lil Nouns, Nouns Amigos, Vrbs DAO, Purple DAO, and Grounds
• International Activations: Lil Nouns Barcelona (2023), El Salvador and ETHLATAM Honduras (2024), Farcaster events in LATAM cities with Purple DAO (2024), Vrbs in Colombia (2024)

Timeline

Immediate start once approved (I already have complete Vrbs threads in drafts)

Monthly Schedule:

• Bi-weekly Thread
  • Space with guests from Vrbs ecosystem, Vrbs Accelerator Program, and creators
• Monthly POAP at the beginning of each month (100% revenue to Vrbs treasury)
• "La Cápsula de Vrbos" included in one of the monthly threads
• Artist Rotation every two episodes similar to Base LATAM Radio

Budget

Total 6-Month Budget: ~1.16 ETH

• Artist POAP Rewards: 0.25 ETH (0.05 ETH x 5 artists)
• Community Incentives: 0.06 ETH (2 Vrbs raffled to POAP collectors)
• IRL Products and Merchandise: 0.25 ETH (Vrbs Coffee and initiative promotion)
• Equipment, Subscriptions, and Content: 0.6 ETH
• Surplus: For auctions or creating more art
