Payment Structure

• Continuous Flow: Payments stream automatically by the second, as long as requirements are met.
• Monthly Baseline: Each approved event operator receives 300 USDC per month.
• Bonus Funds: Additional USDC may be allocated by Nouns voters.

How to Apply

1. Organizer Details

   • Name/alias, contact information, and social media handles.

2. Event Concept & Format

   • Which genres of games (fighting, shooters, strategy, etc.).
   • How you’ll structure events (weekly tournaments, monthly gatherings, etc.).

3. Expected Attendance & Broadcasting

   • Evidence that you can maintain 20+ attendees per event.
   • A commitment to stream on the Nouns Esports YouTube channel (coordinate with channel admins).

4. Promotion & Engagement

   • Weekly posts featuring pictures or event updates on Warpcast and X (Twitter).
   • Always tag Nouns Esports in relevant posts to strengthen the brand presence.

5. Prize Pool Commitment

   • At least 50% of your Flow’s USDC must go toward prize pools each month.
   • All prize payouts to winners in USDC.

6. Budget & Timeline

   • Simple breakdown of how you’ll use your 300 USDC baseline plus any bonus allocations.
   • Outline a 3-month trial phase schedule (weekly, monthly events, etc.).

Ongoing Requirements

1. Consistent Hosting

   • Maintain 20+ attendees at each event; if numbers drop, work on promotions or partnerships to recover momentum.

2. Broadcast Events

   • Stream all tournaments or meetups on the Nouns Esports YouTube channel.
   • Collaborate with channel admins for scheduling and broadcast guidelines.

3. Regular Promotion

   • Post at least once a week on Warpcast and X (Twitter) with pictures or short recaps.
   • Tag Nouns Esports in every update to keep the brand connection strong.

4. Prize Pool Transparency

   • Show that at least 50% of each month’s Flow income is allocated to a USDC prize pool.
   • Provide short recaps of winners, amounts disbursed, and any special bonuses awarded.

5. Nouns Branding

   • Reflect Nouns’ community values—inclusive, creative, fun.
   • Where possible, incorporate Nouns or Noggles visuals in event flyers, overlays, or physical banners.

6. Feedback & Metrics

   • Gather participant feedback on what worked, what could improve.
   • Summarize attendance data, key stats, and any interesting stories in monthly updates.

Update Requirements

At least twice monthly on Farcaster in /nouns or /flows:

2. Attendance & Stats

   • Approximate number of players, spectators, or unique participants.
   • Share interesting outcomes, upsets, or new developments in your scene.

3. Prize Pool Details

   • Quick overview of how the USDC prize pool was distributed (e.g., 1st place, 2nd place, side bracket).

4. Social Links

   • Link to your Warpcast and Twitter posts (tagging Nouns Esports).
   • Embed or link to YouTube archives of the streamed events.
