We fund people to share fun selfies wearing noggles.

Payment Structure

• Each approved creator gets at least ~$10 USDC per month
• Extra rewards are given for exceptional content
• Payments are sent automatically every second as long as you meet requirements

How to Apply

• Write an application with:
• Your name, contact information, and social handle(s)
• Video of your physical Noggles to verify authenticity
• A sample selfie showing your style and quality
• A brief description of your ideas for creating interesting or unique Nounish selfies.
• The regions or locations where you’ll be taking selfies.
• Keep your application title as specific and as short as possible
• Previous social media work (if any)
• Pay an application fee (this will be returned if you meet the application requirements)

Ongoing Requirements

• Post at least 4 unique Noggles selfies per month
• Each photo must show you wearing physical noggles (they cannot be photoshopped on you, but may be photoshopped on others in the photograph). Bonus points if you give out noggles for others to wear
• Obtain permission from anyone else appearing in the photos.
• Post on Farcaster in the /nouns or /flows channel

How to Post Updates

At least 4 times per month on Farcaster in the /nouns or /flows channel:

• The Nounish selfie(s) you’ve taken
• Location or context description (when appropriate)
• Any interesting stories or interactions related to the selfie.

How Your Work Gets Verified

Your work will be checked through:

• Regular review of your posts
• Community feedback
• Verification of physical Noggles use
• Consistency of posting
• Quality of engagement

How to Keep Your Funding

To stay in the program:

• Meet monthly posting requirements
• Maintain content quality
• Use only physical Noggles
• Engage with community
• Follow ethical guidelines

What Gets You Removed

You can lose your funding if you:

• Miss more than 3 weeks of posting without explanation
• Use digitally edited Noggles
• Post inappropriate or disrespectful content
• Don't get proper permissions from photo subjects
• Receive verified complaints about harassment or inappropriate behavior
• Break platform guidelines or local laws

When You Need Fresh Content

• Explore new locations
• Collaborate with other creators
• Attend community events
• Create themed series
• Document daily life with Noggles

Creative Ideas

• Travel shots
• Local landmarks
• Community gatherings
• Sports/activities
• Cultural events
• Daily life moments

Gaming Rules

• No digital Noggles on yourself (instant removal)
• Must be original content
• No recycling old photos
• No inappropriate content
• Regular authenticity checks

For Curators

• Do not accept new applications if doing so will put the baseline minimum salary of recipients below $10 a month
• Note: It is fine if the baseline salary falls below $10 as a result of new budgets / Nouns voting, but in that case, no new applications should be accepted
• Consider removing underperforming creators if awaiting applicants show significantly more promise and engagement
• Monitor for authenticity of physical Noggles use
• Check for consistent respect of photo subject consent and privacy
