For Curators

• Do not accept new applications if doing so will put the baseline minimum salary of recipients below $50 a month.

• Note: It is acceptable if the baseline salary falls below $50 due to new budgets or Nouns voting, but in that case, no new applications should be accepted.

• Monitor participants for adherence to requirements and Nounish values.

• Consider removing underperforming gardeners if new applicants demonstrate greater dedication and impact.

• Value community engagement and environmental impact over quantity of plants.

• Monitor for sustainable and ethical gardening practices.

• Encourage collaboration and sharing of best practices among participants.

Final Note

By supporting public gardens, we aim to foster community spirit, environmental stewardship, and the spread of Nounish values. Your contributions make public spaces more vibrant and enjoyable for everyone. We are excited to support your journey in cultivating beauty and connection through gardening.
