For Curators
- Do not accept new applications if doing so will put the baseline minimum salary below $50 a month
- Note: It is fine if the baseline salary falls below $50 from new budgets/voting, but don't accept new applications then
- Consider removing underperforming caretakers if awaiting applicants show greater dedication and impact
- Value community engagement and educational initiatives
- Monitor for genuine environmental stewardship
- Ensure participants follow park rules and safety guidelines
- Evaluate based on broader positive impact, not just cleaning metrics
Remember: We're looking for dedicated caretakers who improve public parks while building community. Through consistent care and positive impact, you help create better public spaces for everyone.
