  • Respect: Avoid infringing on cultural or religious symbols without permission.

  • Stay Engaged: Respond to the community, adapt to feedback.

Reasons for Removal

  1. No Original Art for 4+ weeks without notice or explanation.
  2. AI Usage or partial AI generation discovered.
  3. Plagiarism or reusing someone else’s work.
  4. Inappropriate Content that violates community norms or local laws.
  5. No Nouns/Noggles in your new pieces.
  6. Failure to Provide Updates or progress shots.
  7. Non-Responsive to repeated curator requests or clarifications.
  8. Ethical Missteps: E.g., malicious or offensive works, ignoring disclaimers.

Keeping Things Fresh

  • Crossovers: Collaborate with athletes, meetup organizers, or physical product creators.
  • Evolving Styles: Occasionally adopt new mediums, color palettes, or formats.
  • Seasonal/Topical: Incorporate special Nounish events or cultural happenings.
  • Live Streams: Possibly share a live painting or drawing session.
  • Open Sketch Sessions: Let community members suggest design ideas (but remain the final hand-creator).

For Curators

  1. Funding Threshold
    • Do not accept new artist applications if it would drop the baseline pay below $75 per month.
    • If budget changes from outside voting cause a drop, that’s fine, but you cannot add new applicants afterward.
  2. Remove Underperformers
    • If waiting applicants show stronger original work or better community alignment, consider replacing.
  3. Monitor for AI/Non-Original
    • Perform random checks of production details or layered files (when feasible).
    • Encourage the community to spot suspicious behaviors.
  4. Value Creativity and Quality
    • Prioritize unique, well-executed art over quantity.
    • Reward consistent postings, thorough behind-the-scenes, and good engagement.
  5. Adhere to No-AI
    • Immediate removal if any credible evidence arises of AI image generation or collage.
  6. Enforce Nounish Representation
    • Artwork must highlight Nouns or Noggles in some form each time.

Remember: We want talented human artists who push Nounish creativity with fresh, genuine work. If you can provide consistent, original art featuring Nouns or Noggles—and do it in a respectful, community-driven way—this funding program will support your ongoing journey.
