  2. Type of Live Music
    • Genre(s) or style(s) you play (band, solo act, DJ, acoustic sessions, etc.).
  3. Public Accessibility Plan
    • How you’ll ensure sessions are open for public enjoyment.
    • Should be live in-person events with free/low-cost entry
  4. Nounish Tie-In
    • How you plan to incorporate Nouns or Noggles visually/ideologically (e.g., wearing Noggles on stage, distributing Nounish merch, referencing Nounish spirit in your show).
  5. Experience & Portfolio
    • Past performances or recordings showing you can deliver a cohesive musical experience.
  6. Fee
    • Pay an application fee (refunded if you meet requirements).

Ongoing Requirements

  1. Hold at Least One Publicly Accessible Session Monthly
    • In-person, or hybrid—just ensure real-time audience access.
  2. Document and Share
    • Post updates on Farcaster /nouns or /flows at least twice monthly.
    • Include short performance clips, photos, or audience feedback from your events.
  3. Community Outreach
    • Encourage new attendees or viewers from outside existing Nouns circles.
    • Make each event easy to join: minimal or no cost
  4. Nounish Representation
    • Incorporate Nouns or Noggles branding: e.g., wear physical Noggles or design a Nounish banner/backdrop.
    • Emphasize collaboration, positivity, fun—key tenets of Nounish culture.
  5. Safety & Venue Rules
    • Adhere to local venue regulations, noise ordinances, capacity restrictions.
    • Keep crowd safety in mind; ensure a comfortable environment for diverse attendees.

Embody Nounish Values

  • Inclusivity: Welcome all, keep the vibe open and accessible.
  • Fun & Creativity: Experiment with playful, surprising elements (Nounish visuals, interactive segments).
  • Community-Building: Engage your audience, encourage sing-alongs, jam sessions, or Q&A.
  • Respect & Consent: Follow venue guidelines; respect personal and cultural boundaries.
  • No AI (For Music Creation): Ensure the musical performance is human-driven (backing track tools are fine, but avoid fully AI-generated sets).

(*If you do use digital music tools for mixing or instrumentals, be transparent that you’re still the creative driver. This is more about not “outsourcing” the entire creative process to AI.)

How to Post Updates

At least twice a month on Farcaster in /nouns or /flows:

  1. Event Footage or Clips
    • Show short videos or audio snippets of your shows.
    • Capture the crowd, stage, or streaming platform if possible.
  2. Audience Engagement
    • How many attended or viewed your session?
    • Share any fun comments or interactions.
  3. Nounish Integration
    • Photos of you/your band wearing Noggles or using Nounish signage.
    • Mention how Nounish values or aesthetic influenced the session.
  4. Challenges or Learnings
    • Venue or streaming difficulties, solutions found, etc.
  5. Upcoming Plans
    • Next event date, new songs, or possible collaborations.

How Your Work Gets Verified

  • Community Feedback: People can confirm they attended or watched.
  • Media Evidence: Video or audio clips posted, photos of the event, or livestream links.
  • Nounish Elements: Clear presence of Nounish references in your events.
  • Consistency: Meeting monthly performance requirements and regular postings.

How to Keep Your Funding

  1. Perform Monthly
    • At least one session with genuine, real-time public access.
  2. Document Thoroughly
    • Provide Farcaster updates, photos, or short video snippets.
  3. Stay Nounish
    • Keep the spirit of collaboration, creativity, and positivity at your shows.
  4. Comply with Venue & Local Laws
    • Avoid repeated complaints about noise, capacity, or safety hazards.
  5. Engage New Audiences
    • Strive to bring fresh faces, either at physical events.

Reasons for Removal

  1. No Public Sessions for more than 6 weeks without explanation.
  2. Private/Paywalled Only: Locking events so the public can’t join or watch.
  3. Insufficient Updates: Not posting event recaps or documentation.
  4. Ignoring Nounish Themes: Failing to integrate Noggles or any mention of Nouns brand/spirit.
  5. AI-Overreliance: Submitting fully AI-generated music or knowingly misrepresenting your creative process.
  6. Violating Venue Rules: Hosting unsafe, unlicensed, or illegal gatherings.
  7. Harsh Feedback about your events being unwelcoming, harmful, or consistently poorly executed with no improvement.

When You Need Fresh Inspiration

  • Collaborations: Team up with other Nounish categories—e.g., invite Selfie or Meetup folks to your shows.
  • Theme Nights: Introduce fun, Nounish-themed sets or costuming.
  • Interactive Segments: Let the audience suggest songs, incorporate online chat requests.
  • All-Ages / Family-Friendly: Host daytime or calmer sessions for families.
  • Community Spotlights: Invite local creators or openers to share the stage.

For Curators

  1. Budget Limit
    • Don’t accept new live-music applicants if it drops baseline pay below $100 monthly.
    • If external budget changes reduce baseline below $100, no new additions until it recovers.
  2. Monitor Authenticity
    • Verify the performances are truly open to the public (physical or online).
    • Check for posted recaps or audience feedback.
  3. Consider Impact
    • If new, more promising acts are waiting but a current streamer rarely meets the guidelines, consider removal.
  4. Look for Repetition
    • If someone keeps ignoring safe or inclusive event guidelines, remove them.

Remember: This category supports live music events that bring people together in a publicly accessible, Nounish style. If you keep delivering joyful, inclusive shows—documented through updates and laced with Nounish flair—this Flow will keep funding your creative journey!
