For Curators

• Do not accept new applications if doing so will put the baseline minimum salary of recipients below $50 a month.

• Note: It is acceptable if the baseline salary falls below $50 due to new budgets or Nouns voting, but in that case, no new applications should be accepted.

• Evaluate Performance:

• Monitor participants for adherence to requirements and Nounish values.

• Consider removing underperforming participants if new applicants demonstrate greater dedication and impact.

• Value the quality and authenticity of engagement over the quantity of activities.

• Ensure Compliance:

• Verify that participants respect privacy and obtain necessary consents.

• Ensure that all activities are conducted ethically and legally.

• Encourage participants to collaborate and share best practices.

• Support Participants:

• Provide guidance and resources when needed.

• Acknowledge exceptional work and consider additional rewards for significant impact.

Final Note

By supporting those who help the underprivileged, we aim to foster compassion, community spirit, and the spread of Nounish values.
